All about the 2023 Oscar-winning film that has become a cult film

The film is a documentary comedy,
On Chinese New Year's Eve a failed laundry manager from a suburb in the USA is drawn into Parallel universes.
The owner of the laundry, a Chinese American (important detail), comes to the income tax offices to report the taxes
And she goes into a total culture shock.
